Program Description
The ARX Pest Control Customer Notifications Program, operated by PestCurb, sends automated informational and service-related SMS messages to customers who have requested pest-control services. Messages may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, technician arrival notifications, schedule updates, estimate notifications, and post-service follow-up communications.
This messaging program is used only to send service-related notifications regarding requested pest-control services and is not used to send unsolicited marketing text messages.
Consent and Enrollment
Customers opt in by visiting the PestCurb SMS Text Updates page, entering their mobile telephone number, and actively selecting the separate SMS consent checkbox before submitting the form. The checkbox is not selected by default. Providing a telephone number alone does not constitute consent. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies depending on appointments, requested services, and customer interactions. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt-Out
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. One final confirmation message may be sent after opting out. Reply HELP for assistance.

Privacy
